Matthew Holohan - Associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP

Matthew Holohan is an associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.  His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.  He has litigated case involving electronics, software, computer architecture, and telecommunications technology, representing some of the world’s largest technology companies.  Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, Matthew was an associate at a Silicon Valley law firm representing high-tech clients in a variety of litigation matters.  He also served as a law clerk to Judge Marilyn Hall Patel of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the presiding judge in the original Napster litigation.  Matthew earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he received the Order of the Coif and a Certificate in Law & Technology.  He has published articles on government regulation of mass media and the effects of new electronic media on content regulation.
